Every community needs a code of conduct to look upon for the guidence to serve its member in unbiased and proper ways. Thus come the "Constitution" of the same in existence. It requires highly qualified (not in traditional education system, but in the life matters) visionary people to form the same. Our ancestors gave us a foundation of the same which kept amended to remain in conjuction with changing times.
